A California Legacy, Distilled
Jackson Temple Spirits is named for California Supreme Court Justice Jackson Temple, remembered as a hardworking and honorable man who served with distinction and was described as “without fear and without reproach.”
More than a century later, his great-great-grandson carries that independent spirit forward through Jackson Temple Spirits—a Northern California spirits company dedicated to crafting distinctive spirits rooted in California agriculture, character, and place.
In 2024, Jackson Temple Spirits launched Hornbrook Gin, our award-winning collection of premium California gins inspired by the rugged landscape of Northern California.
In 2027, we will introduce Agave de Codorniz, a truly California-grown and distilled agave spirit made from Weber Blue agave cultivated in Yolo County.
And quietly aging in the background is Jackson Temple Whiskey. We aren't putting a date on that one. It will be released when it's ready.
